Welcome back to Discovery Place Kids-Huntersville!

As you make plans to come back to the Museum, we’ve been busy gathering books that let you dive deeper into each of our exhibitions. Whether you’re fanning the curiosity flames of a future firefighter, cooking up ideas with your junior chef or taking off into the unknown with your potential pilot, we’ve got a book for you.

Check out these 10 amazing books and learn how to bring them to life during your next visit to Discovery Place Kids.

1. Going Places by Peter and Paul Reynolds

As you get ready to visit Discovery Place Kids again, get your little pilot ready for takeoff. Discover ways to create your own adventures and think outside the box in Going Places.


2. The Busy Body Book by Lizzy Rockwell
Get excited for exercise and learn about your body, before visiting I Can Be Healthy at Discovery Place Kids.





3. I’m the Biggest Thing in the Ocean by Kevin Sherry
